COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) — A memorial service will be held for Capital Gazette sports reporter John McNamara, one of five newspaper employees shot and killed during an attack at its Annapolis office. McNamara's service will be held Tuesday morning at the University of Maryland at College Park's Memorial Chapel. McNamara worked as a sports writer and copy editor and moved more recently to a weekly publication, the Bowie Blade-News. Authorities say McNamara and four of his colleagues were shot to death by a gunman who had a grudge against the newspaper and blasted his way into the Capital Gazette's newsroom with a shotgun on June 28.
