Auditor of State Dave Yost has once again blasted former Medina Superintendent Randy Stepp for using $264,000 in taxpayer funds to repay student loans. The auditor released a special report released Tuesday that also criticized school board members for letting it happen.“Superintendent Stepp’s reimbursement request is jaw-dropping,” Yost said in a prepared statement.
