Media: Shooting Video Should Now Be Released

The decision by District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis not to file criminal charges against a San Diego police officer who shot an unarmed man in the Midway district is more reason that the only known video of the incident should be released, a coalition of media organizations said in a court filing Thursday.
