In a sign of demand for office space in South Florida, more new tenants are moving into the Boca Raton Innovation Campus, once IBM’s campus. Six tenants will join the 1.7 million-square-foot sprawling office park, known as BRiC, according to the CP Group, which is behind BRiC’s phased renovation. More than 100,000 square feet of leasing activity is coming to the campus at 5000 T-Rex Ave., CP Group announced this week.
