Essex County officials say that a Massachusetts man intentionally drove a truck into the East Orange Planned Parenthood clinic on Valentine’s Day. Marckles Alcius of Lowell, Massachusetts, was charged with attempting to cause widespread injury, aggravated assault and weapons offenses. Additional charges could be pending, according to officials. Authorities say that Alcius, 31, used a stolen bakery delivery truck to crash into the building Wednesday.
