A 55-year-old Washington Township man who threatened a Macomb County judge pleaded no contest to a threat of terrorism charge and may be accepted into the Veterans Treatment Court.Keith A. Rebar, a Marine for 13 years, made the plea Monday in Macomb County Circuit Court in connection with threats made to circuit Judge Kathryn Viviano, who was presiding over his divorce and child custody case.
