HOLLIDAYSBURG - An Altoona man who allegedly told police that he had been viewing child pornography for 16 years will spend 2 1/2 to 5 years in a state prison. Blair County Judge Daniel J. Milliron sentenced Albert Lee Harris, 42, on Monday.
