A man was shot twice in the leg Monday afternoon in southeast Cedar Rapids, police say. According to a news release from the Cedar Rapids Police Department, officers responded to a report of gunshots at 2:22 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and 15th Street SE, a residential area of the Wellington Heights neighborhood.
