By jakob rodgers jakob.rodgers@gazette.com -An argument that started inside a Safeway in Monument ended with one person shot in the hand. One man, whose name was not released, was detained after the shooting, which happened around 3:40 p.m. at Safeway, 624 Colorado Highway 105 in Monument, said Lt. Steve Burk, a Monument Police Department spokesman. Two men began arguing in an aisle inside the store, and the confrontation spilled into the parking lot where one man pulled out a handgun and, after a struggle for the firearm, appeared to shoot the other man in the hand, Burk said. The victim drove himself to a doctor, Burk said. The suspected shooter was being interviewed by police roughly two-and-a-half hours after the shooting, and no arrests had been made,
