A man shot by Fort Collins police while holding a woman pushing a stroller at gunpoint was convicted of kidnapping, menacing and other charges connected to the encounter, according to the 8th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. Colten Sirio, 33, was found guilty of six counts of kidnapping, two counts of child abuse, felony menacing and reckless endangerment on Wednesday after a jury trial, the district attorney’s office said in a news release.
