Man Shoots Neighbor For Using Leaf Blower

An Illinois man was shot in the head by his 79-year-old neighbor while using a leaf blower on his property. William Martys was a father and a grandfather to a little girl. Kake reports: After an investigation, authorities on Tuesday arrested Martys' 79-year-old neighbor, Ettore Lacchei, who they say allegedly approached Martys and began arguing with him.
