STAMFORD-After a day picking jurors to defend against charges that he exposed himself and groped a 14-year-old girl near her bus stop in Stamford, a Bridgeport man admitted his guilt and now faces up to 20 years in jail when he returns to court for sentencing in March. Humberto Garcia -Palacio, 32, of Orland Street, pleaded guilty to a felony count of risk of injury to a child by having contact with the intimate parts of a child under 16 in a sexual and indecent manner. Garcia-Palacio and his attorney Alexander Schwartz will return to court on March 27, when he will face Judge Richard Comerford at sentencing where he can be made to serve up to 20 years in jail.
