A man is missing and was last seen getting into the Colorado River in Hot Sulphur Springs in an inflatable kayak. About 1:50 p.m. Monday staff with the Pioneer Park campground notified the Grand County Sheriff’s Office about a vehicle parked at a campsite that was past checkout, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
