DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) — A 22-year-old man has been given four years in prison for robbing a bank branch in Clinton last year. Prosecutors say Shane Hoiland, formerly of Clinton, was sentenced on Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Davenport. Hoiland must serve three years of supervised release after he leaves custody and must pay restitution. Prosecutors say Hoiland robbed the Lyons branch of Clinton National Bank on Feb.
