Stories Related to Man Found Guilty Of Manslaughter In Danbury Shooting

Defense attorney Michael Courtney argued during the lengthy and often delayed trial that his client was acting in self-defense when he shot Jeiel Kingston outside of a White Street night club on May, 4, 2014. Prosecutors felt they had a strong case against Sanderson with four eyewitnesses to the shooting as well as ballistics and DNA evidence that connected the defendant to the gun.
