AUGUSTA, Maine — A Maine man who served time in prison for vehicular manslaughter is heading back to prison for using heroin. The Kennebec Journal reports 50-year-old Roger Linton II, of Augusta, pleaded guilty Monday in Augusta to violating probation. A judge sentenced Linton to eight months in prison, followed by probation. Prosecutors say Linton was found unconscious after overdosing at a Hannaford supermarket in April. Linton pleaded guilty in 2009 to manslaughter and aggravated operating under the influence.
