NEW YORK (AP) — Magellan Health Inc. will reorganize into two primary business units to focus on growth initiatives. The health care management company said Thursday that it will reorganize its operations into Magellan Healthcare and Magellan Rx Management, effective July 1. The Scottsdale, Arizona-based company's National Imaging Associates, which focuses on medical diagnostics, will be integrated into Magellan Healthcare, which includes the physical and behavioral care segments. Magellan Rx Management will focus on pharmacy care. Sam Srivastava, CEO of Magellan Healthcare, will lead National Imaging Associates integration and the subsequent combined business unit.
