Macomb County Community Mental Health is implementing $1.3 million in grant funding for substance abuse prevention and treatment initiatives from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services."Macomb County is set to hit its sixth straight year of increasingly fatal drug overdoses," said John Kinch, executive director of county Community Mental Health.
