Loveland Mayor’s Race Gets A Late-arriving Candidate

Provided photoJacki Marsh LOVELAND — A late entry in the Loveland City Council sweepstakes has added interest to the mayor’s race. Downtown business owner Jacki Marsh, who earlier pulled out of the Ward II contest, filed her affidavit of candidacy for mayor this week. Marsh, the owner of Rabbask Designs, said she has just started gathering signatures on her petitions.
