KINGSPORT — Valerie Love has been named associate principal of Theodore Roosevelt Elementary Middle School, effective immediately, Kingsport City Schools announced Friday afternoon, July 17.Love replaces Nikki Skeen, who vacated the role when being named principal at Roosevelt July 1.Love has served 21 years in education, with 16 years as a high school mathematics teacher.
