Longtime Town Clerk Of Newburgh Died Tuesday

TOWN OF NEWBURGH - Andy Zarutskie, Newburgh town clerk since 2002, died Tuesday afternoon, according to an announcement from Town Supervisor Gil Piaquadio's Office.The town supervisor posted the news release to the town's website, townofnewburgh.org, announcing Zarutskie's death on Wednesday morning."Andrew placed a plaque outside his office which states, 'This office belongs to the people of the Town of Newburgh,'" the announcement reads.
