Staff reports A Logan County man admitted Tuesday that he lied in an attempt to retrieve guns he had pawned.Brian Keith Conley, 42, of Logan, admitted that he lied about a misdemeanor domestic violence charge he had been convicted of on a form required to purchase firearms, according to a news release from U.S.
