Live Blog: Bergen County Officials Counting Provisional Ballots In Freeholder, Other Races

Bergen County elections officials are counting some 1,200 provisional ballots tonight to settle several close races including contests for freeholder, an Assembly seat in District 38 and some municipal races. The count is to start at 5:30 p.m.
