Radar speculates that Casey Johnson's death pushed Lindsay over the edge, as she was snapped crying into her cell phone soon after the news broke--a pretty healthy reaction to a friend's death. According to a hysterical phone call Lindsay mom once made to her dad, Lindsay has a history of self-mutilation, and there are pictures of her with horizontal cuts halfway up her forearms. The photos that Radar references, from a charity event Saturday, aren't as dramatic, but below you can see some sort of scrape on Lindsay's right forearm.
