MONROE, Ohio (AP) — A lightning strike started a fire at a retirement center in southwestern Ohio that forced more than 100 people from their homes. Firefighters say one resident suffered minor injuries Saturday night at the Mount Pleasant Retirement Village in Monroe, north of Cincinnati. City officials say lightning hit an apartment building at the complex early Saturday evening, starting a fire that spread through the attic.
