Light snow is creating slick road conditions and some school delays early Thursday morning. By 4:30 a.m. between a dusting to a half-inch has fallen across southwestern Connecticut. While major roads like I-95, I-84 and the Merritt and Wilbur Cross parkways are clear, the shoulders and exit/entrance ramps are snow covered. Secondary roads are especially slippery. Bridgeport, Stratford, Naugatuck and Regional School Districts 12 and 16 have a two-hour delay.
