In all my 60-plus years living in Winchester, I have never witnessed such unprecedented lack of judgement and bad behavior by some members of our Select Board regarding selection process for our new town manager, one of the most important decisions Winchester is facing. I am referring specifically refer to behavior of board members Grenzeback, Bettencourt, and Goluboff at both June 11 and June 15 meetings to control outcome of vote to select candidate Wong as our next town manager.
