Less Students, Job Cuts For Suny Ulster

STONE RIDGE - SUNY Ulster's proposed $28.3 million budget for 2015-16 calls for no tuition increase for students but further declining enrollment.The community college's proposed budget would shrink by 3.1 percent from last year, a drop of $919,335.
