Legislature Not Convinced On Aid For Schools With Deficit

LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Gov. Rick Snyder's proposed $75 million for distressed school districts is facing skepticism from the House and Senate as they work toward finalizing a state budget,. Snyder called for the money in his budget address to help the state's 56 school districts that have a deficit.
