Stories Related to Legislative Roundup: Colorado Lawmakers Likely To Ask Voters To Keep Pot Tabor Money

By MEGAN SCHRADER megan.schrader@gazette.com -Lawmakers introduced a bill Monday that would put a measure on the November ballot asking Colorado voters if the state can keep an estimated $58 million collected in marijuana taxes. House Bill 1367 would allow the state to keep the revenue it collected from a 15 percent excise tax and a 10 percent sales tax on recreational marijuana products.
