Lawsuit: Coast Guard Planned Oil Spill Response 'inadequate'

DETROIT — Two groups allege in a court document the U.S. Coast Guard is not as prepared as it would like people to believe it is to handle a massive oil spill in the Straits of Mackinac or other parts of northern Michigan.
