An El Paso County court has dismissed a lawsuit over a wind farm filed against the commissioners this spring, ending months of back-and-forth between disillusioned eastern county residents and lawyers. The lawsuit was filed in March following the commissioners' approval of changes to a NextEra Energy Resources Inc. wind farm near Calhan.
