Lawmakers Carve Out More Earmarks For Veterans

By Colin A. Young State House News Service BOSTON -- An additional $2.27 million for social services and veterans' affairs programs was added to the House's fiscal 2020 budget Tuesday afternoon in an amendment package that passed 159-0.
