NEW YORK (AP) — The Latest on charges in the Panama Papers investigation (all times local): 7:30 p.m. An attorney for one of the four men charged in an international tax scheme related to the so-called Panama Papers says his client will be vindicated at trial. Jeffrey Neiman represents Harald Joachim Von Der Goltz, of Germany, who is accused of evading taxes in part by concealing his ownership of certain shell companies and bank accounts from the IRS.
