Last Ruby Tuesday Restaurant In Colorado Springs Shuts Its Doors

Restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday ended its presence in Colorado Springs in recent weeks when it closed its location at 5820 Stetson Hills Blvd., part of the Ridgeview Marketplace shopping center on the city's northeast side. Ruby Tuesday confirmed Friday that the Stetson Hills Boulevard restaurant was one of 95 underperforming, corporate-owned locations around the country that the chain announced in August would close. Over the last several years, Ruby Tuesday, a casual dining chain headquartered in Tennessee, also closed locations at The Citadel mall in the central part of town, at 1340 W.
