Landlord Wants Tenants To Leave Before Lease Expires

Anxious for his mother-in-law to move out of his own home, a landlord would like to install her in a rental property that already has tenants.Question: I own two houses on the same street. I live in one and rent out the other. The tenants in the rental house have seven months left on their lease.
