About 50,000 people are expected to converge on downtown Cleveland for the Republican National Convention a year from this week, but it's not just Cleveland or Cuyahoga County officials who are looking at the convention as an opportunity of rebranding and exposure.Political party officers, visitors bureaus and chambers of commerce in Northeast Ohio are projecting that the convention's impact will reach counties as far as Erie and Ashtabula.
