Knicks Pull Away In Fourth To Beat Pistons

NEW YORK (AP) - Carmelo Anthony had 24 points and 10 rebounds, and the New York Knicks got a rare win even without the injured Kristaps Porzingis, beating the Detroit Pistons 102-89 on Saturday night.Robin Lopez added 21 points and nine rebounds for the Knicks, who ended a three-game losing streak and won for just the fourth time in 20 games.
