A Kirkland man has been charged with first-degree child molestation, accused of sexual contact with the 4-year-old daughter of a friend while babysitting the girl in Kent in 2004. According to charging documents, the girl recently told a school counselor about the incidents. According to court documents, a former nanny for the girl told police that Hoskin would "repeatedly invade the girl's personal space, and felt it was a manipulation or grooming tactic."
