Kenya's electoral commission is preparing to announce the final results of the nation's presidential election Saturday after a final tally showed Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta with the barest of majorities. Final numbers showed Kenyatta with 50.03 percent of the vote. Kenyatta needs more than 50 percent to win outright and avoid a runoff with Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who had 43.3 percent.
