Kazakhs May Seek $1 Billion From World Bank, Delay Bond Sale

Kazakhstan may borrow as much as $1 billion from the World Bank to help cover a 2010 budget deficit and might postpone its first foreign-currency bond offer in a decade, the economy minister said.
