Jury Acquits Man In Weapon Case

URBANA — An Urbana man accused of having a gun in a car in Urbana more than a year ago was acquitted of weapons charges by a Champaign County jury Thursday morning. Jurors who deliberated about 30 minutes apparently believed Adrian Dorsey, 22, of the 1100 block of Austin Drive, who said he didn't know the gun was in the car and that it wasn't his. read more
