Judge: Some Of Lamm's Discrimination Suit Can Proceed

NEW YORK — A federal judge said the Sullivan County Village of Bloomingburg can face a $25 million lawsuit claiming it tried to keep Hasidic Jews from building housing and opening a religious school.Judge Katherine Forrest ruled Tuesday that some of developer Shalom Lamm's discrimination claims can proceed against Bloomingburg and the Town of Mamakating.
