Judge Dismisses Felony Charges In Penn State Hazing Death, Report Says

A Pennsylvania judge on Sept. 1, 2017, dismissed most of the criminal charges filed against 18 Penn State fraternity brothers in the hazing death of a New Jersey teen, according to a report on PennLive.com.
