Susan Hunt will not be able to refile a lawsuit against Saratoga Springs Police in the 2014 shooting death of her son, Darrien Hunt. In a ruling Monday, U.S. District Judge Tena Campbell said Susan Hunt had not presented new evidence or arguments that were unavailable to her in February, when Campbell ruled that Hunt would have to accept a $900,000 settlement agreement with Saratoga Springs.
