This is not the place to go into the hows and whys of this past election: an eight-year long incessant farrago of lies, mendacity and uncompromising evil directed against President Bush, carried out by the most profoundly ignorant and/or sincerely naive and suggestible and/or most deeply hateful among us, has resulted in the capture of the presidency by B.
