Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow is facing embarrassment after it was revealed Friday that he once wrote a sex tips guide full of insights into such things as 'how to pick up virgins' and how to get rid of a woman after sex. The "John Bercow Guide to Understanding Women" was published back in 1986 in Armageddon, which the Telegraph describes as a "radical magazine for Young Tories," when Bercow was 23. In the guide Bercow, who is currently married, notes that women "will settle for anything that breathes and has a credit card," and that a surefire way to get a woman to leave after intercourse is to announce, "Don't move, I have just broken a test tube filled with the Aids virus." In perhaps the guide's most memorable line, Bercow suggests trying out the following pick-up line: ""If you're free later maybe we could go back to your place and name your breasts." According to a spokesman for Bercow, the article "in no way reflects the Speaker's views today." More on England
