Prosecutors charged a Bronx man on Thursday with manslaughter in the beating death of an elderly school bus driver who accidentally sideswiped his double-parked car one morning earlier this month. Juan Delvalle, 65, was driving a yellow school bus near Echo Park in the Tremont section of the Bronx when he clipped a mirror on a double-parked car owned by Joey Scott, 28, according to the indictment.
