Friday’s taping of The Tonight Show was canceled after host Jimmy Fallon was hospitalized with a hand injury that required minor surgery. Fallon tweeted a photo of his injured appendage on Friday, and explained how the hand wound up under the knife. “Tripped and caught my fall (good thing)! Ring caught on side of table almost ripped my finger off (bad thing),” Fallon wrote on Twitter.
