Gov. Jared Polis took a buzzsaw to hundreds of outdated and obsolete executive orders on Thursday — literally. Polis sawed through more than 200 executive orders, which stretched back decades and through multiple administrations, before issuing a new formal executive order to rescind them. He joked that it was the first time in state history that a power saw sat on the governor’s desk. “We’re getting rid of 435 pages (that are) redundant, unneeded, add paperwork — outdated for many different reasons,” Polis told reporters gathered in his office. Some examples: A 1957 order referring to tax collections for the Colorado State Hospital; a 1978 order that all state contracts should be signed by then-Gov.

Evers made it clear he is opposed to the entire irrational foolishness: "Everybody knows that, in Wisconsin, undocumented folks are a really important part of our economy, whether it's dairy, whether it's agriculture," Evers told reporters after the Capitol Holiday Tree lighting ceremony Thursday. "The idea of deporting folks that are keeping our economy one of the best in the country is irrational.

Jasmine Crockett questioned Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, a leftover appointment from the Orange Felon's first maladministration, and Postal Service Inspector General Tammy Hall about what they expect to happen with DOGE's proposal of cutting the federal workforce by 75%. One did not need to be clairvoyant to see what was coming: CROCKETT: There has been mention of Doge and how that is going to come into play.

I do not disagree with him that these CEOs need to "read the room," but there's a big elephant in that same room that he ignored during this interview: The reaction by executives across the nation following the brutal cold-blooded killing of UnitedHealthcare executive Brian Thompson last week didn’t sit right with "Shark Tank" star investor Kevin O’Leary. Instead of making efforts to fortify security around them, executives should “read the room” — and realize the public is turning against them, the investor and chairman of O'Leary Ventures said Wednesday. “This is quite a backlash,” O’Leary said.

The idea for this committee not being stupid ENOUGH, Comer also put QAnon Klan Mom Marjorie Taylor Greene in charge. Hakeem Jeffries joined MSNBC host Joy Reid Wednesday and discussed working with a very slim Republican majority in the House. He also discussed The Department of Government Efficiency led by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, which has no actual power.
